Terms and Conditions for the "BYD SEALION 7 Hole In One Competition"

This weekend at the 2025 LIV Golf Adelaide tournament ticketholders and viewers at home have a chance to win a BYD SEALION 7 Premium valued at approximately $65,000 (price will vary per State based on On Road costs) by backing a professional golf player who they think can score a hole-in-one at the 14th hole at LIV Golf Adelaide.

To be in the Hole In One Prize Draw, all you have to do is fill out the form (https://bydautomotive.com.au/event/byd-sealion-7-hole-in-one-competition/38856) and tell us which golfer you think can score a hole-in-one as per the competition rules, giving your details and enter the draw to WIN the BYD SEALION 7 Premium.

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and procedures that apply to the BYD Hole in One Competition at LIV Golf 2025 and Prize Draw (the "Competition) being promoted by Performance 54 Pty Ltd ACN 664 523 139 of Level 8, 81 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 and EVDirect Pty Ltd acting as BYD Automotive (“BYD Australia”), ABN: 93 645 394 43, PO BOX 63, Sans Souci, NSW 2219, Australia. (the "Promoter").

2. The Competition is open to all ticketholders and at home viewers of the LIV Golf Adelaide event held on 13th to 16th February 2025 (“Event”) that are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid drivers license, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition (“Participants"). Event attendance is not mandatory to enter.

3. Each Participant shall only be permitted to one entry into the competition during the promotional period.

4. The BYD Hole in One Competition (the "Promotion") begins at 9:30 AM ACDT on February 13, 2025 and ends at 4:59 PM ACDT on February 16, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion contains a game of skill ("Competition").

5. Entry into the Competition is gained by scanning a BYD branded QR code, or visiting https://bydautomotive.com.au/event/byd-sealion-7-hole-in-one-competition/38856 and completing the online entry form. Participants must tell us which player/team they think will score a Hole-in-One. This answer does not have to match the player who may/may not score a hole in one to be counted as an eligible entry. No additional fees are required to enter the Competition.

6. If a professional golfer scores a hole-in-one during the official tournament rounds of the Event (“Hole In One”), one (1) randomly selected Participant from the pool of eligible ticket holders will win a BYD SEALION 7 MY25 Premium vehicle valued at approximately $65,000 (price will vary per State based on On Road costs) (the “Prize”). There is only one prize available.

7. If a Hole In One occurs, the draw for the Prize will be held at 7:00pm (Australian Central Standard Time) on Sunday 16 February 2025 in the Grange Room at The Grange Golf Club (“Grange Room”) located at White Sands Drive, Grange, South Australia 5022 (“Draw”). The participating venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol in line with relevant state liquor authorities.

8. Within 7 days of the Draw, the winner will be notified by the Promoter in writing via the contact information provided at the time of entry into the Competition. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification. The selected winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim the prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

9. If the winner is disqualified, there will be no unclaimed prize draw.

10. Within 30 days of a winner claiming the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall publish the last name, first initial and postcode of the winner online at https://bydautomotive.com.au/event/byd-sealion-7-hole-in-one-competition/38856, except for any winner who has requested that their name and postcode not be so published.

11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
